Privacy statement
This page explains what details we receive when you visit this website or request a quote, what we do with them and what your rights are.
Who we are
Jodeh Cleanings world is responsible for your details. We are based at Liesbos 179, 2134 SH Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 94449902. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we receive and why
When you fill in the quote form or email us, we receive:
- your name and email address
- your phone number, if you give it
- your postcode
- the type of cleaning you are looking for
- anything you write in the details field
We only use these details to respond to your request, prepare a quote and, if you agree, book the cleaning. We may do so because you asked us for a quote yourself (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We don't sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who else processes your details
For the website and the form we work with two companies. They use your details to provide those services to us.
- Hetzner Online hosts the website on a server in Germany. It keeps technical log files, including your IP address, so we can spot faults and misuse. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Cloudflare routes traffic to the website, handles the form, blocks spam with Turnstile and forwards email sent to contact@ to our own mailbox. Cloudflare is a US company and is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and statistics
This website doesn't set any cookies of its own and doesn't use statistics, advertising or third-party tracking code.
How long we keep your details
If a request doesn't lead to a job, we delete it after thirty days. If you become a customer, we keep what Dutch tax law requires for seven years. The server log files are deleted automatically after fourteen days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details. You can also object to how we use them, ask us to restrict their use or request them in a common file format. Email [email protected] to do so. We will reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
